A self portrait. My second attempt at digital painting with a tablet. I tried make a childlike illustration with a dark twist. An illustration inspired from Matt Ellero my first attempt at drawing/colouring a manga style person This is one of my first attempts at painting an image without sketches or line work. A quick 5 minute sketch on my iPad I wanted to draw an interesting warm sunset to practice painting clouds, then I added some balloons to add some interest to the design I wanted to make a warm and interesting design of a fairy tale scene I had in my head.
