Butterfly Leaves.
This is the same scene as Sleeping Beauty,with a few alterations. I have been coming back to it over a few weeks and I now think it,s worth putting on the site. Even though it,s the same scene it still took about 12 hours to finish.

    Thank you Steve for your very kind comments.The beech leaves you see in the foreground were painted a couple of years ago in a picture that I was not happy with, but they took so long to paint I have incorporated them in several pictures since.
