    In answer to your query HorusX1: I generally block in a solid shape of the image in black, then using the lassoo tool I creep down the image with various gradients until I've covered the fill like a pizza.

    This is amazing again Aaron, when you say colour fills, are you meaning that you first produced a detailed line drawing, then filled in the colour? Would be great to hear your methodology of working...
