Aeia by Steve Stanley

Aeia
...Aeia, as I affectionately call this one, is my first successful study using textures. The final piece uses Shadow Map, Gel and Psuedocolor effects and layering to accomplish the desired results. Airbrushes, blenders and chalks were used to accomplish skin textures and tones. Your visit is appreciated, as are your comments and thoughts.

    Ah I see, I looked into it and I found out like you, it seems like the site don't have "re-load" as an option. =( But you can always load up the revised image as a new one, v1.2?

    ...hello and thanks for the visit Bjørn, as well as, the insightful comments. I did take Zepher's recommendation and cropped it to reg square, but could never "re-load" it up without losing the comments. If anyone has suggestions on how to manage that

    I really love the colours in this one. They are so vibrant yet the woman appears somehow more subdued. It's an interesting contrast that encourages you to think about the emotions at play.

    ...seems to be a strong consensus for a crop, and trying to decide on which direction to take it. Left, right? Am open to suggestions, as feel all input helps one to grow...and appreciate the feedback.

    Colors are gorgeous, she's a beauty and I'm a sucker for textures so I really like this. I know this is not a critique comment box but some cropping taking her out of the center would enhance it alot.
