For those who are a bit worried by Helen's post, I've put up a blog entry here which explains in a bit more detail the slight delay some of you may experience in receiving your subscription. Rest assured that we're working to minimise the unavoidable delay which is due to some external problems with the physical production of the magazine, and that we're as cross about it as you are (Probably more so; we're really excited about this issue and can't wait for you to see it!).

I know I'm a bit late to reply to this post but I thought I'd say thanks April for clarifying the situation.

I think Helen Harding could do with taking some lessons in customer service, especially in how to say sorry when a situation arises rather than "we've messed up - don't bother us about it".
