Inkygoodness 4: Play opens this evening - London UK

The hotly-anticipated exhibition from Inkygoodness opens tonight in the East Gallery in London’s Brick Lane. The exhibition features a range of UK and international illustrators, some of whom you’ll be familiar with from Digital Artist. They’ve been challenged to produce artwork which represents the theme of ‘play’. After tonight’s private view, artwork and limited edition prints will be available to buy from the Inkygoodness store, which you’ll find at www.inkygoodness.bigcartel.com (Click the link to go there).

Set up in 2008, and run by illustrators Lisa Hassell and Michelle Turton, Inkygoodness aims to provide a platform for new and emerging talent to showcase their work alongside more established artists, offering a unique opportunity to develop professional careers through self-promotion and networking. They’re now in their fourth year. You can find out more about Inkygoodness by visiting their website here: http://inkygoodness.com.

The exhibition runs until 12th September 2010. Opening times are Tuesday-Friday 1pm-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 11am-6pm. And if you’re off to the private view tonight, then come and say hi – you’ll find me floating around somewhere!
